FG, Hostile buyer for SEVU and A@P Plant on this Board.

FG, you have known this to be true for a long time about my relationship with Rich and SeaView. Amazing how my PM accusations to your business practices and associates has made you so hateful. Did I strike a nerve?

For those of you who don't know what I am referring to, well there have been some accusations floating around that FG and A@P are good buddies trying to buyout SeaView with a PP of their own.

Since we are all coming clean, you should too, FG. Rumor has it that you have been trying to do your own PP with SeaView to get 40 million shares. And NO this didn't come from my father or any other person at SeaView.

So who really needs to tell the board what you are all about...
