A $1B settlement now comes in for between $.50 and $.71/share for holders, depending on how Emil handles warrants. Emil redeems no warrants, plus missy's shares subtracted(a given), takes us to about 1.4B shares...$.71/share.

Now, if we get $1GAZILLION, it's a totally different story!
