$ATWT - you are ignoring the facts:

Name one school district (use Google search) that claims school buses are the primary focus.

You can't because it doesn't exist...so you can spend all of your time arguing that School Districts should be buying and if you really believe that's true, Call one, the one in your children's district, and pass it along to the company...please name them.
