However, as of EOY 2020, Twombly does hold (through V-Group), $162,970 in convertible debt as a 'settlement agreement'. This seems to be in return for the millions of shares LOFB issued to V-Group and Twombly...

On December 12, 2019, the Company entered into a settlement agreement with V Group Inc. in the amount of $150,000
with interest of 8%. As of December 31, 2020, the principal balance was of this loan was $150,000 with accrued interest
of $12,970.

LOFB is gone. It has no assets and likely never did. It was just a shell. It merged into another shady operation, Boon Industries.

Boon is the successor issuer of Leaf of Faith Beverage, Inc. (“LOFB”), as a result of a holding company reorganization
effected by a merger (the “Holding Company Merger”) on March 2, 2020 , under which (i) LOFB merged with and into Leaf of Faith Beverage MergerSub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Boon.
The Company’s sole subsidiary is Leaf of Faith Beverage MergerSub, Inc., which has no assets or operations.
