I would have gone with manslaughter until the paramedics testified that Chauvin wouldnt let them near Floyd. 2nd degree. The drug stuff is nonsense. If you push someone in a wheelchair into traffic and they get hit by a car, you dont claim the reason they were killed is cuz they were in a wheelcair.
