Yes that that was filed last month saying that they would file the report by the 15th of this month which did not happen

This is not good

I personally think the BS loans for millions from a company that is in trouble may just be the reason they are not filing

Said all that millions for shares went to pre pay for product

Yet years later where is the money that money
We know where the shares are

Is Kevin going to have legal issues soon

The company had such potential but the “me first”screwed it all

Reality came around
