It didn't do much because people are not really caring about DEVELOPMENT talk. They want a real partner that is going produce the product for mass production. These "partners" are not the big news that is going do much for the PPS because no one really knows what they are doing, or how far along they are before having an actual product for approval then to be produced for sale.
