Dilution is only real dilution when its not in related party hands.
For example, if a related party took some equity to clear some debt then that stock would not be tradable other than in a strict criteria.
being an investor, we would be interested in knowing where those future converts end up. Its also worth noting that its going to take some real balls to get it moving. They are still there.
