So the MJ banking act is coming up for a vote this week. If I remember correctly......when this was talked about ages ago, if mj banking is legalized, that will allow MJ businesses to write off alot more operating expenses as tax deductions that they currently cannot do with MJ being illegal. Is this correct? This could add to their bottom line if so.
