Carve out shell all the entities of a public company will be debt free. I believe after looking through the company profile it's definitely a match. Now we have to guess what cytovia will be valued at. But if all goes well this is a billion dollar company. Idk what will happen but if all goes smoothly we will likely see this go up multiple dollars
