I think you are kidding but if not my apologies; just hear to bounce information off one another as needed but definitely don’t want to offend anyone - we all in this together.

I am in many a name but NEVER have I seen a deal like this so I am looking for answers and really hope company tells us what is up (perhaps they meant to say .01 but doesn’t appear that way and even a penny would be asinine).

Re GHS - they know what they are doing and tend to be decent partners but with a home run structure such as this one they would be fools (they are fiduciaries after all to not lock in profit when they can).

Company just eliminated all their Yorkville overhang which fails in comparison to the derivative liability they just added to books with this warrant; no other funder will touch them now.
