I love comparisons and thank you!!... you must know me well.
While I only skimmed OZS., I have surmised both of companies are early start ups, so to speak. Even though S800 of BYOC has been around for 25 plus years, clearly previous owner(s) didn't grow the business all that much and stagnant, plus the finances of S800 needed quite a bit of cleanup, before Geordan and team could move forward with a business plan and goals. Seeming the previous owner is sueing BYOC, shows she has intent to rob her own company for personal gain or felt entitled. I don't believe Geordan and BOD agreed with this, lol.

Both BYOC & OZC$ are in completely different industries and structures, so some big differences in products/ cost structures. But they're both in OTC too.
Why the difference in pps, idk why.

I'll speculate a bit here.. Like most intelligent forward thinking CEOs & BODs, you want long term institutional ownership in your company. I believe Geordan and BODs idea to get shares into long term hands is to make the pps so God damn cheap its irresistible. Perhaps investors are thinking just the same way as typical otc traders (except on a longer term and ton more $$$ basis)...eventually as progress, big news, catalysts or when the market finally finds this gem, they will slowly leak some on the way up and get their initial investment out, becoming long term "forever" investors. Perfect environment to quietly accumulate cheap shares undiscovered or while much larger institutions can't touch it yet. And since the otc doesn't understand or care about Market capitalization and value, and instead otc wants a quick flip, pps can be controlled better down here. Plus if the MMs can make great money on the volatility, it's a win win for everybody. It's a theory anyway, and I love to speculate.

Buffett said this once:

"It’s far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price, than a fair company at a wonderful price.”

My thoughts/opinions are my own, based on research & DD, best to find your own! I invest for myself/ family 1st, then everybody else.. the same as any business!
Please do not buy, sell, hold based on my opinion!
