Boba2toes- nice post and I agree with much of what you said. I find it interesting that so many people are under the impression we failed our CD12 we were the only drug to finish that trial and saving 1 out 4 critically ill patients is a win. We should have been given EUA for those results since there is no other approved drug for S2C and I’m going to keep saying it under FDA guidelines if a drug is shown to be more beneficial than any downside during a pandemic this drug should be approved not only are we beneficial there is no downside. Now you have a group of people that unfortunately if they advance to the severe or critical level have no options that are proven to help and it takes a lot of work and time to have LL reach them before it’s to late. I know that from personal experience. The point is with NP making mistake after mistake and the FDA not following there own guidelines Leronlimab must hit a home run and like you said the trial design must put our drug in the best situation to do the most good. For me it’s as simple as Leronlimab is currently the best drug to treat covid 19 and HIV and yet it sits waiting an opportunity
