I was wondering the same thing (and buying more shares below $4.50) because it is not difficult, given the mercury remediation, the proven Comstock reserves, and the lithium recycling, to be optimistic and to believe that a share price of $10 is not unreasonable in a year or so.

But here is another scenario. Note that Comstock's current market cap is $168 million. Just a couple of years ago, the market cap was $10 million. It is thought-provoking to ask oneself if Comstock is worth $168 million TODAY. Perhaps. And perhaps a lot more, if all three of their main activities are successful.

But what if giant corporations come to dominate all aspects of the lithium battery and recycling business? What if major profitability, political, and/or production problems occur in that remote Philippine river?

I am still optimistic, and hope to buy more shares, especially if LODE remains below 4 dollars. But I will be much MORE optimistic if Corrado announces that the first profits are coming out of the Philippines, and that the river dredging and mercury cleanup production is going well.
