Saw that. SEC is playing dirty. They must be very desperate to be making those kinds of moves. Hoping the judge sees it for what it is as she probably knows about it by now. Good move by Ripple to get it out in the open. FOX business said Gensler is signaling continued action through enforcement. No crypto is going to be safe including BTC and ETH. The good news is once this is behind us its behinds us and while XRP troubles will be ending new ones will be beginning for others. Many will regret not standing with Ripple for it will be every crypto for itself. This is why this case will set precedent and every crypto should be backing Ripple and XRP right now. Those who think the SEC is going to pack their bags and home after the case are delusional. The SEC is going to wreck havoc in the crypto space. Its sad IMO that they’ve chosen to regulate thru enforcement instead of a more diplomatic way.
