If he made a move that directly impacts the price of the shares in a very negative way. We could hire lawyers and fire him as a CEO and the board. Remember we hold 85%+ of the shares we control this company. All we need is 51% of the company to control it. Remember your Company takeover 101. If we held 49% of the company they would not have asked us for permission to issue more shares. Its that simple.
