are there any moderators on here?

I have been trying to reach the company to no avail.

Recently got involved when I saw momentum and see it continuing however am confused by todays 8k.

I hope someone can answer: did the company just give the investor the right to purchase 40m shares at a 95% discount to todays close (ie .001) in exchange for a measly $400k? Not to mention they are cashless?

Please help as this does not seem possible because if it is it is a total disregard for shareholder protection of any kind. What am I missing?
