I don’t think the CEO actually wanted the 500 million shares, in my opinion he did it to initiate a share Count, I’ve been in many stocks and have had shares approved without asking the shareholders, you wake up one day and the company puts out a filling that the share count has increased and the stock dumps without any advanced notice, this is the first stonk I’ve been in that the CEO has asked for a vote.
I still voted no but that’s my take, if the CEO really wanted shares he wouldn’t have ask for a vote.
