Based on reading up on FTEG and PRKI, it seems like the latter will be producing healthy-living products such as CBD, and FTEG will focus on the retail and online selling of those products.

So is the plan to merge the two since their focus is the same. This appears to be what the merger speculation is based on.

The stock price for PRKI has been doing well in the past year.
