If and when there is a settlement with Linden, there will be disclosure of it. I have read recently that some here believe that we will never know about it. I disagree.

The method of disclosure could take many forms, a press release, letter to shareholders, etc.

But at the very latest:

If the settlement has a MATERIAL effect on any of WDDD's financial operations, it will be disclosed in the next audited report.

I doubt any settlement with Linden will not meet an auditors test of materiality.
