GUYS... everyone knows me from twitter same user name and I had to come here to write 1 thing there is 2 FORM 4 THAT THE OLD CEO wrote himself 2 weeks apart and I quote he state he gave up ownership of this shell..


The shell was sold and new owner has this shell with a merger coming in..
what he did today is wrong.. because its like an old girl friend that cannot move on..
