Tony, This is an area where I disagree with Stewart Wallach. He never does fluff PR's but sometimes I sure wish he'd give something to curb the declining share price. Can't be that tough. There is great power in the MC being lost right now. Doesn't have to be much, just enough to help slow selling down. I've emailed in the past regarding this concept but, not his style.

With all of that said, volume is so low a "fluff" PR may be irrelevant? Won't be long for the good substantial PR's to come. $CAPC
