LMAO! The fact that BRK is buying back shares does not mean they will ever retire those classes of shares or issue a new class of stock. I have NEVER heard any suggestion that there would ever be C shares issued by BRK, and submit the notion is preposterous. Class C shares by definition are typically only found with Class C Mutual Fund shares, and with publicly traded companies Class C Executive Stock or Executive shares are rarely seen and certainly do not fit anything Berkshire Hathaway would be doing.
