ACCR UPDATE LOL - Tell Mr. Xu, that I have proof that he in committing fraud FILED both amendments on 3/20 and 3/23 - HE FALSELY SIGNED THE AMENDMENTS!!!

This is coming back to me........ .............. I already filed my police report, and also my CIVIL LAWSUIT in OTTAWA COUNTY COURTHOUSE today.

I am going before a JUDGE people, and FORCE and INJUNCTION against them, and with theCOURT INJUNCTION and JUDGE ORDER...the 160,050,000 block of control will come back to us. This is ours to cheerish!!!!!!

ROBERT XU TOLD ME ON THE TELEPHONE LAST FRIDAY APRIL 16TH, 2021....THAT ALL HE WANTED TO DO WAS "TRY" AND FIND A BUYER IN CHINA FOR HIMSELF. HE WANTED TO PROFIT $10,000,000 FOR HIMSELF...and then the NEW OWNER of MY ACCR would then destroy us and REVERSE SPLIT us into oblivion......UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!

I cannot trust anyone except myself with the ACCR treasury. I have another conference all this PM with another SUITOR of ACCR, who will back ME and US up...and protect us. - NEVER TRADE BASED ON MY INFORMATION.

I spoke to the Section Chief at the SOS of FL this 8am. I was told to get a "NOTARIZED STATEMENT OF FACTS"...and submit all my emails and evidence against STEVE MILLS and ROBERT XU for Securities Fraud, Bank Wire Fraud, and also other fraud at the STATE level.

STEVE MILLS will also be disbarred by the TN BAR...I predict it...just a prediction down the years.

ACCR is a KING, and I am the DIRECTOR, and in control of the TREASURY.

THE SEC LOGIN CODES....are still mine...already spoke to the SEC today. https://www.sec.gov - I have to go...and remember, I OWN THE SEC LOGIN CODES,

They tried to STEAL them from me... I HAVE PROOF OF FRAUD TO BE COMMITTED (SO MANY EMAILS), AND I HAVE PROOF OF THE SELLER BREACHING OUR STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT.

Get this...on all my agreements, there is no Mr. XU REAL SIGNATURE....all the documents are just "scripted font" with no reference to a real signature. The Stock Purchase Agreement, and Escrow Agreement, and 2 other MERGER AGREEMNENTs that did not even contain his signature. Just who is Mr. Meihua XU? I never met him face to face....Who is Steve Mills? I never met him face to face either. Just who are these 2 people? When I met STEVE MILLS in DECEMBER 2020...get this, I didn't know that he knew Mr. XU? I did not. Steve Mills presented his first prospect buyer for us before Mr. XU!!!!! He tried to SCAM ME!
