Professional market making, divestment of much lower mark to market common, no sign of life from the issuer, I believe Longs will wait for completion of divestment position before any progress is reported. Float IMO is growing as a restricted position (s) becomes free trading. I projected $target $3.00 per share in mid February. Without accretive business news my projection is under $1 by June on its way to another reverse split to hold NQ qualifying or delist by mid summer.
