Cartel has gone literally nowhere since you posted a month and a half ago, in fact it has gone down, and I was forced to by some today at .014. You still think the upside is great, I dont know but at these prices I am a buyer to at least trade around and make a double or 50% from time to time, but the volume is terrible.

I know they have great plans there is no Q about that, but we need to start to see some announcements
