There could be settlement talks, but not likely serious until the 101 is cleared. As far as both sides being agreeable with the stay, I wouldn't read too much into that. It seems like professional courtesy as a witness for ATVI appeared to have a genuine conflict, with scheduled testimony in another Court case. Can't be in two places at one time. Most attorneys are cooperative with each other on matters like that. They know when it's bs for the purpose of delay or a legitimate issue. Who knows for sure...maybe we all get surprised and they settle the case. I would be ok with that!
