A settlement is good news in that it breaks the logjam, helps establish the value of the IP going forward and could come into play in terms of a multiple going forward, so it is a valuable win in that it helps line everything up for the mother load win against ATVI. However, in my opinion the settlement won't be large and this is probably why the market hasn't responded. Maybe a settlement in the $30-$50 million range. Maybe it spikes higher if there is an announcement and some PR. Then account for taxes and legal fees and maybe it ultimately adds .30 -.40 to PPS and help establish a new floor. Hopefully, it is more but I believe that is the reluctance to jump in.
