OH man.. Swami or not, name change or not, no (B)illion dollar company is going to "merge" with this thing with the reputation it has for dilution. This thing has been worked over and scammed up and down and side ways so many times, it'll stink no matter what happens. There's consequences to screwing investors over and over again no matter if the SEC continues to ignore it or not. Eventually nobody will want to buy it no matter what. They're not going to believe it any more in the future than they do now given the track record. It'll be a flipper forever the way it's been manipulated over and over again. .. That's the SWAMI of EWLL...
