Jones Trading....yeah ok....

Many of these analysts predictions are contrarian..in fact some traders (not me) make good coin going against them.

Only metric I follow is obviously Earnings. Book value will always decline because of dividend paid, but earnings definitely need to improve next quarter. Again CEO Cauley and his team have managed tougher environments.

This is not a short term play unless you are experienced trader...

Dollar cost averaging for rest of us.
