He will continue to give them all the money that they want, he doesn’t care about the business that much. Yes, the actual loan money if not paid off converts at a high share price, so he would love a higher share price to sell those shares for more money later, but that is very insignificant compared to the under the table share money he receives and converts first. He is a dirty lender, albeit cleaner than some, but still a lender that is looking to make lots of money at the expense of the company. He is not on the companies side, if he was he wouldn’t require the extra shares on the side. Get that into your guys’ heads."
