I'm not sure if I'm more excited about Dr Gallo likely saying that lenz will be a game-changing drug or if I'm more excited about NIH director Dr Francis Collins writing about the importance of macrophages in severe Covid. The circumstantial evidence that lenzilumab is going to make history keeps mounting.
