Saw this and any thoughts on this guys opinion on R/S? So much misinformation just wanted to get this boards thoughts-thanks

There was 3 Things that made this Fake News. 1. There is no date. 2. This is Only Preliminary Statement/No Fees Paid 3. You can not legal Reverse Split a stock and make it less in value. Legally, when shares are reduced the price has to be raised in commensurate to be approved by SEC. or it won’t be approved 4. The company just did a Reverse Split January of 2020 of 1-50. The time period is not legal to do another Reverse Split. Bottom line it’s a Bogus Filing. Hang onto your shares Boys!!!
