I hear ya but the market usually responds before the news ever comes out. News came out yesterday and the vote was just about before the all time high and then started it's rapid decline since. I can imagine this being close to a good bottom, guess, at best. But dilution gives me a calculated estimate of 13 to 14 as a share price to shares outstanding equivalent to then 20 ish price it was at during the vote.
