Actually, what happened is the stock went down in the mid triple zeros the week after the reverse was announced. But my point isn't what did or didn't happen to the price, or even that the reverse split was cancelled 6 months later, it's that a filing came after hours and was a surprise thinking I/shareholders would get advance notice - reference the tweet. Maybe we will get the 10k after hours.
