This brings back a bad memory. On January 10, 2020 SNPW tweeted the below. It gave me comfort knowing shareholders would be advised of an upcoming reverse split. Unfortunately, they filed an 8k for a reverse split on 8/28/20 which was a Friday after the market closed. This was how I was advised of the split. Maybe the 10k will be issued after hours as well.

Dryer offloading also no R/S anytime soon dont know how many ways to say this but if and when we have to, we will advise our shareholders and notify accordingly. Also I have no direct contact with market maker selling or buying and all of my shares they are all locked up. $snpw
