All them little bullshit "Countdown clocks" the crew was running with NASA LIKE "T MINUS" to some fantasy imminent "COURT DECISION" no later than yesterday = GONE WITH THE WIND LMAO !!

Well - the USRM social media on-line pump crew blew it again to put it mildly :)

They jammed this SEC STOP SIGN NON FILER with the 100% LIE and BS of, "IT IS THE LAW THAT THE 11th CIRCUIT MUST RENDER A DECISION IN 90 DAYS" blah blah blah BS SANDWICH !

It's April freaking 15th folks and the oral arguments were Jan 13th and NOTHING BUT SILENCE from the 11th circuit - as in NO DECISION and NO "OVER TURN and/or REMAND" a blah blah blah bullshit all of it :)

What's the crew gonna pump now on YahooJoe and TheTwit and their dozen plus on-line aliases and Tweetums and all the rest ??????

It can be EASILY 7 or more months to even ONE YEAR for a major appellate decision - EASILY !!!

The freaking state circuit court case of U.S. Stem Cell LLC V. Brown & Brown is PARKED and DEAD waiting ...waiting...waiting....waiting for FOUR FREAKING MONTHS for the judge to rule on ONE SIMPLE "MOTION TO STRIKE" and nothing but dead air - and same for the other several USRM lawsuits, ALL sitting waiting for SIMPLE MOTIONS to be ruled on and it takes 2, 3 or 4 or more MONTHS in the lower state courts, let alone the freaking 11th circuit which is going to decide and then draft and write and re-write some VERY LENGTHY PUBLISHED DECISION LOL !!!

THEY GOT NOTHING HERE - nothing but endless lawsuits and a $269 a month rent-a-desk and what appears to be NO ACTUAL "BUSINESS" LEFT or EXISTING or being "CONDUCTED" on a day to day basis - they have no freaking facility or assets or labs or really any employees and sure as hell no "stem cell medical research" or ANYTHING ELSE LEFT and little to NO CASH LEFT either - they're suing to "try" and get a $MILLION for legal bills owed LOL !! GOOD FREAKING LUCK :)

They owe a old creditor well over $1.4 MILLION IN DEFAULTED DEBT NOW which is accruing 18% annual interest (loan shark rates for DEFAULTING) and she is SUING THEM IN BROWARD COUNTY COURT AS WE SPEAK and on and on and on = WHAT IS THEIR ACTUAL "BUSINESS" they even do any longer from a rent-a-desk location ??????

ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME what "business" USRM actually even conducts on a day to day basis as I'd sure as hell would like to know and SEC DARK and SERIOUSLY SEC DELINQUENT = they ain't telling anyone LOL and for good reason if you ask me :)
