Can anyone explain the increase from 800,000,000 to 2,000,000,000 in authorized shares structure
I thought we were done with dilution as the outstanding shares approached the 800,000,000 authorized shares - then we see on the updated filing that the authorized shares went to 2 billion. ??
The way I see it there will now be dilution as they issue shares to pay for the operation and the share price will continue to go lower until they start generating more revenue
