Slim or not it is another opportunity for an individual (judge) to declare something in favor of Google.

Count me in the same boat as not a legal expert but this is the kind of thing where a word or two can be all the difference and I know some of the wording changed when they reexamined. If I was invested I would take a dive to try understanding how wording changed but it requires a bit too much legwork for my taste.
