WRONG! DECN is governed by the OTC's Alternative Reporting Standard, which clearly demands posting a timely quarterly report.

BTW, according the newly issued SEC rules, which were made public last fall, the SEC DOES NOT CONSIDER quarterly reports for OTC Pinkies to be optional! I suggest checking out the September 2020 SEC mandate, regarding public disclosures for OTC traded equities.

If DECN ignores the SEC and skips posting timely financial reports, the Company will be just a heartbeat away from being untradeable.
