Any settlement is good news. It likely won't be for a large amount but a step in the right direction. Good possibility the settlement will be confidential and we have to wait for the details to come out in the financial reports.

In my opinion, the best part of this settlement (if it happens) may be that it establishes a base line or precedent for what the tech is worth. That may not produce a huge financial win here, but it may provide a good reference point for the Court with ATVI. S&G know what they are doing and this was likely part of their timing and strategy overall. A small victory here may lead to a much bigger win with ATVI.
