The local audit of 2004 and 2006 financials will begin this week with a target completion date of February 2007.

Once finalized by Rotenberg, financials for the six years will be filed with the SEC. ATWEC will then apply for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board and initiate the audit of revenues and expenses for the first quarter of fiscal 2007.
