Not really surprising. I told all of you when they filed Chapter 15 that they would have to DILUTE shareholders. Well, here it is. They got financing...That's Good!...but they took it out of the hide of the Existing Shareholders. They priced the shares for the Debt at $6.50. Price could actually continue to slide to that price. $250M at $6.50 per share. That's a lot of shares! Also...there could be another $150M if they exercise the right to BUY at a later date.
