Just to clarify, they had cash on the books (if I remember correctly 300-400k) and went and "borrowed" 100K to pay off with shares at .0001. The lender made millions over the course of months. And every penny of it came from investors that were being told regularly that no new debt would be acquired and no new shares would be issued.

They weren't even sneaky about it. It was disgusting. If you follow the paper trail, it is clear who the villain was, and their motivation. He deserves to be in jail, but if they have removed him, this company can be great.
