I spoke with the CEO last night who called me (I have been a substantial shareholder for several years) to assure me that NONE OF THE CLAIMS were legitimate, that the company is doing very well, as reported previously, that several significant announcements are forthcoming that will clear up the truth and demonstrate the continued excellent performance of the company. In thousands and thousands of contacts with patients and customers, complaints about the subscription program are diminimus, actually in single digits.
