They wrote it in such a way to make it appear they won't reverse split. What they did was removed what they were intending to do and replace it with an increase in shares which does not mean they will never execute a reverse split.

In an opinion this is not going to happen for a while if they post and increased in revenue and got new reputable client, but if they don't then the possibility is there.   I still would not worry because a reverse split the stock will rise.

Just hope they increased in revenue and got new reputable business, profits down the road will follow.
