$INCC - From the webcast it sounds like Antonio definitely intends to use INCC as a holding company now and in the foreseeable future. Any acquisitions will provide profit and dividends to shareholders and any spin-offs could result in shares of both companies.

Starting out with numbers off only a single product in 5000 stores with over $7m in sales projected in the first year sounds good to me. This does not even account for any other products already owned or any other possible products/acquisitions in the pipeline.

Add in the note of future acquisitions coming from preferred Z shares and zero common shares provides assurance of no foreseen dilution as well!
