Yep...our old site was hijacked (copied) this month by parties unknown for reasons unknown. The company was investigating as of yesterday, and I do believe the renegade site is down as I type this.

R.Z. Mendelson or whatever his name was on the pirated site sells business websites. I don't know if he figured he make a demo of it or what, but apparently he has felt the heat.
