DaJudge could revoke his bail sua sponte, even though there is no motion to do so at this time. However, given that the BOP has been releasing prisoners to haffwhey howses and home CONfinement because of recent COVID ~OUTTbreaks (they will go back IN when the COVID emergency is deemed 'over' by the BOP and serve the remainders of their terms), I think it is very unlikely for new Judge Seeger will pop Coyote for a VOP and revoke bail at this time.

If Coyote is wholly uncooperative in answering DaJudge's questions, welp he might piss off DaJudge, butt as Seeger is a new guy and the COVID issue at BOP and other detention centers is an issue, I expect DaJudge being a newbie will be more hesitant to revoke Coyote sua sponte than say ole Judge Zagel wood haff bin. Coyote will gett a paw slap this time and a stern 'clarification' of his bail CONditions, IMO.

Butt yer wright, could happen sua sponte. With Federal judges ya never know - especially when they are new and uncertain of their discretionary latitude (and peer norms) and haven't established a pattern yett. Especially without a pending motion to do so from the prosecution.
