Nah.

No point in shorting OTC stocks.

Rather, it is too risky for the reward for me.

Not saying you can't make money on OTC stocks that are forever diluting, but to say that it's some mystery short is niave or bordering criminal if you know there is dilution and claiming that it is some mytery short.

Also, you know what PIPE financing is?

I am happy to buy in lower. I am not niave to think it is just some short keepijg the price low.
